W hy You'll Love This Role Competitive salary: $85k-$105k Hybrid flexibility available after onsite training period Relocation assistance available Direct Hire opportunity with stability and growth What You'll Do : Review and analyze statutory filings, financial statements, and supplemental schedules Lead complex investment, cash, and general ledger reconciliations across multiple data sources Research and interpret NAIC SAP guidance, regulatory changes, and technical accounting matters Partner with auditors, regulators, and leadership on reporting, compliance, and audit support Improve reporting processes, controls, and audit readiness through process enhancement initiatives Qualifications & Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred 5+ years of insurance accounting experience with strong NAIC SAP exposure (required) Experience with statutory reporting, audits, regulator interaction, and complex reconciliations Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, formulas, and large data analysis Strong technical accounting research, analytical, and problem-solving ability Proven ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage multiple deadlines Benefits and Perks: Competitive Pay Medical, Vision.
