Primary Skills: SAP (Advanced), US GAAP (Proficient), Reconciliations (Advanced), Excel (Expert), AI Automation (Beginner) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension Location: San Jose, CA Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2 Job Summary: This role supports transactional accounting activities for JAPAC and EMEA regions. You will be responsible for preparing and posting journal entries, managing account reconciliations, and contributing to month-end close processes, particularly for compensation accounting. The position also involves identifying process inefficiencies and leveraging technology, including AI, to improve existing workflows. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries in SAP. Complete account reconciliations in AssureNet. Assist with month and quarter-end close activities, focusing on compensation accounting. Identify process inefficiencies and leverage automation to streamline reconciliations. Support queries from various finance teams and stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in Accounting with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Blackline, SAP must have. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Domain/Industry Experience: Not specified.
