This role provides practical training in accounts payable processes, administrative support, and professional office procedures within a collaborative business environment. The intern will work closely with the accounting and finance team to learn day-to-day accounts payable responsibilities while developing organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. No prior accounting experience is required; training will be provided. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Assist with processing vendor invoices and payment requests Review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation Enter invoice and payment information into accounting systems Organize and maintain electronic and paper financial records Assist with filing, scanning, and document management Support the reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders Help monitor payment due dates and vendor communications Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries Assist with data entry and administrative accounting tasks Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information Participate in training sessions and team meetings Perform other administrative or accounting support duties as assigned Qualifications No prior accounting or office experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided throughout the internship.
