Set in a unique and scenic location, the organization is known for its welcoming atmosphere and strong connection to both locals and visitors. This position supports payroll and administrative functions, assists with employee records and timecard corrections, helps with Accounts Payable tasks, and contributes to special projects as needed. The right candidate will be flexible, outgoing, and comfortable helping in multiple areas of the business, even assisting a customer with a purchase using the POS system when needed. Wage: Up to $25/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Part-Time, flexible schedule, approximately 16 to 20 hours per week Essential Functions and Duties: Assist with payroll administration, employee record updates, and compensation changes Help resolve employee timecard and payroll discrepancies Support Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing and data entry Maintain organized and accurate employee and office records Provide excellent customer service to employees, vendors, and customers Assist with office operations, special projects, and POS transactions Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration, payroll, bookkeeping, or administrative support preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable learning and using payroll, office, and POS software systems Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills with a dependable, positive attitude Get in touch!
