LHH has been requested to assist in the search for a Payroll Analyst to join the team of a global professional services group near Brookhaven! This individual will support multi-state processing in addition to benefits administration to include 401k, HSA/FSA, deductions and payroll audits. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing for a multi-state employee population
  • Conduct payroll audits
  • Process payroll adjustments and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Compile, analyze, and maintain payroll data and reports
  • Support benefits-related deductions and reconciliations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recent experience in payroll processing
  • Proficiency using UKG or Workforce Management (recent use is preferred)
  • Excel to include pivot tables and vlookups
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices and applicable regulations
  • Professional payroll certification (FPC or similar) is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy, accountability, and dependability
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay Details: $68-75k
