Controller

Kforce's client in the equipment sales industry, located in the St. Louis, MO area is looking for a Controller. This position will serve as a member of the leadership team, reporting to the President.

Responsibilities:

• KPI's, budgeting and financial reporting and working capital management
• Responsible for month end close, monthly reporting to PE Ownership. Year-end close and year-end audits.
• Attend quarterly board meetings to present and discuss financial performance.
• Strategic planning, annual budgeting, cash flow projections
• Manage corporate insurances and oversee employee benefits
• Oversee credit and collections
• Manage payroll
• Internal Controls, policies and procedures, process improvements and process automation, Excel skills
• Inventory Control/Management
• Assist with Tax return preparation
• Maintain bank relationships
• Evaluate equipment financing options* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is preferred but not required
• 5-10+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
