Accounts Payable Specialist

We have partnered with our client in the financial services industry to support their search for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site) based in Northbrook, IL, for a 12-18 month contract engagement. Responsibilities Process 100-150 manual invoices weekly, including payment execution and invoice validation Handle internal and external payment inquiries (non-full-cycle AP support) Manage high email volume and assist with AP, cost center, and OpCo-related projects Support AP operations in Workday with upcoming transition to Oracle Skills Required Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills for payment-related inquiries Education & Work Experience Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, or related field) 3+ years in Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or related finance role; financial services or intercompany experience a plus Accounts Payable Specialist Northbrook, IL Financial Services $26-32/hr 1687913 About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
