The Opportunity The Accounting Manager will play a critical leadership role in supporting the continued growth and evolution of the accounting function. This individual will help drive operational excellence, enhance accounting processes, and contribute to building a more sophisticated, scalable, and high-performing accounting and financial reporting organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and help optimize the monthly close process Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across AP, AR, and cost accounting Enhance accounting processes, controls, and overall reporting excellence Partner closely with leadership to support the continued growth and sophistication of the accounting function Ideal Candidate Profile ~4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong G/L accounting experience Industry experience in manufacturing preferred Exposure to cost accounting and inventory environments Strong process improvement mindset Leadership capability and desire to grow into broader responsibilities Why Consider This Opportunity?
