Accounting Specialist

I. Accounts Payable:
Codes and enters into inventory control software all vendor invoices
Ensures timely disbursement of funds.

II. General Accounting:
Reconciles all bank accounts and contacts proper bank personnel to correct errors.
Prepares bi-weekly hourly payroll and payroll tax returns and verifies related wire transfers.
Compiles information and prepares spreadsheets to assist Owner and outside auditors in internal and external statement preparations.
