Billing Specialist Nashville, TN / Full Onsite Salary Range: $49,920 $58,240 Industry: Mechanical / Industrial Equipment & Services About the Opportunity Billing Specialist The Billing Specialist will support the receivables team during a system transition to NetSuite. The assignment is expected to last approximately six months and will play a key role in maintaining billing accuracy while assisting with data migration and process changes. This is a fully onsite opportunity in a collaborative accounting environment. Key Responsibilities Billing Specialist Support billing operations during a transition to NetSuite Assist with data migration and validation to ensure accuracy and continuity Generate, review, and process customer invoices in a timely manner Collaborate closely with Accounts Receivable and accounting team members Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to internal inquiries Maintain organized billing documentation and follow established procedures Qualifications Billing Specialist 3+ years of experience in billing and/or accounts receivable Handson NetSuite experience required Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to adapt quickly in a changing system environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working fully onsite in a fastpaced setting #INMAY2026 EB-...
