SALARY : Appropriate step on the Non-Bargaining Unit Salary Schedule
REPORTS TO : Mary A. Worman, Treasurer
WORK WEEK/YEAR : Part-time, up to 29 hours per week with schedule to be mutually determined.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or proof of education.
BCI and FBI criminal records results less than one-year old must be submitted prior to initial employment and as required thereafter.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS :
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain accurate and complete records.
Experience in accounts receivable, inventory, vendor records, and public records retention.
Work well in collaboration with others.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills.
Experience working in a Treasurer's office in a public school district preferred but not required.
