Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Job Responsibilities

Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards

Manage and reconcile AR schedules and balances that pertain to the parts warehouse.

Research and resolve AR discrepancies and chargebacks

Communicate with business manager and GM regarding receivables on a weekly basis

Assist with filing at the dealership two days a week

Schedule: This is a fulltime position, Monday through Friday.

Day shift schedule; no weekends. 3 days per week will be spent in our warehouse, and the other 2 in our dealership.

QualificationsAccounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Qualifications

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Prior Accounts Receivable or dealership accounting experience preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Dependable, accurate, and able to work independently and as part of a team

CDK software and Excel experience preferred

Corporate Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, able to pass a criminal background check, and a preemployment drug screen.
