Position Description Advertised Job Summary:
The Student Services Program Coordinator manages student educational planning and degree audit functions by maintaining curriculum data, validating academic records, and ensuring the accuracy of degree requirements within university systems. This position provides support to faculty, staff, advisors, and students by resolving degree audit and registration issues, interpreting academic policies, and assisting with curriculum and course exception processing. The coordinator monitors and analyzes student record data, identifies discrepancies, and collaborates with campus partners to implement solutions and process improvements. Additional responsibilities include supporting system functionality, training end users, and assisting with ongoing maintenance and enhancement of student information and educational planning systems.
