O'Neill Healthcare in Lakewood is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable (AR) coordinator. The ideal candidate for the AR Coordinator position will have 2 - 5 years of billing experience at a Long Term Care facility.

Knowledge of 9401 s, Gateway, Level of Care and PASSARs.
Billing private pay and hospice agencies
Maintain accurate and complete census information
Census and Accounts Receivable management
Providing information to Corporate office as needed for billing matters
Collaboration with the Admissions team to ensure accurate information is obtained
Prepare cash and check deposits daily, assuring deposit logs are accurate and submitted daily
Timely collection of all Private accounts
Assist Residents and families with Medicaid Applications
Assist in data collection for any facility-related audits
Manages resident trust funds
Position Requirements: Thorough understanding of Medicaid/Medicare insurance payors
Knowledge PCC and Gateway
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Computer Skills
Experience with Point Click Care Software
