This role will support tax compliance, reporting, and planning across multiple entities and states. Its a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and improving processes. Key Responsibilities for Tax Analyst Assist with preparation and filing of federal, state, and local taxes (income, sales/use, etc.) Support multi-state tax compliance and ensure deadlines are met Help prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and related journal entries Assist with account reconciliations and deferred tax calculations Support sales and use tax compliance, including registrations and audits Partner with internal teams (accounting, finance, legal) on tax-related matters Work with external advisors on complex tax issues Identify opportunities to improve tax processes and systems Qualifications for Tax Analyst 36+ years of tax experience (multi-state or multi-entity experience preferred) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong understanding of U.S. tax concepts Advanced Excel and experience with accounting/tax systems Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Preferred CPA or working toward certification Public accounting experience Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or multi-state operations Familiarity with ERP systems, tax tools, or BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) Whats Offered Flexible work environment Competitive salary + benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays) Opportunity to grow within a dynamic, expanding organization #LI-MS4 #ZRCFS #INMAY2026 Tax Analyst Tax Analyst Tax Analyst Tax Analyst EB-...
