Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports. Manage account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits. Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures. Support tax preparation and compliance activities. Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
