Full Charge Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk

Mid sized law firm seeking full charge, part time bookkeeper. Duties include acting as liaison with third party payroll service; reconciling multiple bank accounts; processing health insurance premium payments, 401K withholding, and other deductions from payroll; preparing financial statements for review by owners; managing and overseeing the law firm's credit cards; and acting as the law firm's day-to-day contact for CPA firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running payroll and working with QuickBooks, and experience working with a payrolls service. This position is part time and likely will require two to three days per week in the office. Pay depends on experience.
