Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client located outside of Peterborough, NH is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their busy team! Your qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist position are as follows: Associate degree and 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality Benefits you will receive as the Accounts Payable Specialist : $22-$26/hour, depending on experience Full-time hours Monday through Friday with some flexibility An inclusive professional environment For the Accounts Payable Specialist position your duties will include: Process invoices, statements, purchase orders, and reimbursements Manage vendor payments Record cash receipts and prepare deposits File W-9s and 1099s Analyze data and prepare reports Other tasks as assigned Are you a team player with accounting experience?
