LHH is partnering with a small company that is searching for a temporary to hire Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience and be comfortable working independently. This position is fully in office in a beautiful, peaceful location east of the city. Main Tasks: Process and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner. Post incoming payments and reconcile accounts as required. Manage the aging report and follow up on outstanding balances. Communicate regularly with vendors to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Assist with additional accounting tasks and projects as needed, with potential for advancement in the department. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of accounting experience. Associate's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred. Proficiency with accounting software (such as QuickBooks or NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication abilities, especially when interacting with vendors and internal teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Employment Details: Temporary to hire. Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Fully in office near Bellevue, WA.
