Accounting Manager (+bonus)

Large, multi-office professional services firm is adding an Accounting Manager due to growth. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Controller with a clear path toward future corporate leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead core accounting operations (GL, AP, payroll, cash)

  • Manage a team across:

  • Senior Accountant + Staff Accountants

  • AP leadership + support

  • Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

  • Ensure GAAP-compliant financials and strong internal controls

  • Partner with Controller and leadership on reporting, process improvement, and strategy

  • Support ERP transition

  • Work cross-functionally with billing/collections and operations

What They're Looking For

  • 6-10+ years of accounting experience

  • Prior leadership or team oversight

  • Strong technical accounting / GAAP knowledge

  • Experience in professional services or multi-entity environment is a plus

  • CPA preferred
