Accounting Manager (+bonus)
Large, multi-office professional services firm is adding an Accounting Manager due to growth. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Controller with a clear path toward future corporate leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead core accounting operations (GL, AP, payroll, cash)
Manage a team across:
Senior Accountant + Staff Accountants
AP leadership + support
Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Ensure GAAP-compliant financials and strong internal controls
Partner with Controller and leadership on reporting, process improvement, and strategy
Support ERP transition
Work cross-functionally with billing/collections and operations
What They're Looking For
6-10+ years of accounting experience
Prior leadership or team oversight
Strong technical accounting / GAAP knowledge
Experience in professional services or multi-entity environment is a plus
CPA preferred
