Senior Accountant

Kelly is seeking an experienced accountant to manage accounting, fixed assets, AR/AP, and tax compliance for a multinational company in Willowbrook, IL. Responsible for accurate reporting and upholding company standards.

Six month contract to hire, with PTO, PTO Holidays and access to premium medical benefits.

Pay:  $45.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

	
• Lead month-end and year-end closes (journal entries, GL reconciliation, FX, intercompany).
  
  	

• Manage all fixed asset processes (additions, disposals, depreciation, IFRS16).
  
  	

• Oversee AR/AP: billing, collections, invoice coding, disbursements, T&E.
  
  	

• Handle US multi-state sales & use tax and Canadian GST/QST/PST/HST filings.
  
  	

• Support income tax provision and external audits.
  
  	

• Prepare transfer pricing reports and maintain lease/tax files.
  
  	

• Ensure compliance with PETRONAS ethics and safety standards.
  
  

Requirements:

	
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred or in progress.
  
  	

• 2–5 years’ accounting and tax experience.
  
  	

• Strong GAAP, tax, and ERP (SAP/Workday) knowledge.
  
  	

• Advanced Excel; PowerPoint skills a plus.
  
  	

• Bonus: CPA/CTP/MBA; experience in FX hedging, complex financing.
