This is a NEW high-visibility role partnering closely with leadership, operations, and project teams to help drive projects to successful financial outcomes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. What You'll Do Oversee cost control and financial performance across 25-40 active projects Monitor budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, and profitability Analyze cost variances, trends, and overall project financial performance Support budgeting, forecasting, and proactive cost management efforts Track financial impacts related to change orders, scope changes, delays, and claims Prepare executive-level reporting and financial summaries Conduct project and field-level audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Partner closely with project managers, operations, estimating, and leadership teams Help standardize reporting, cost tracking, and financial processes across projects Travel to job sites 5-7 days PER month within LA, TX, and surrounding states. What They're Looking For 5+ years of experience in construction cost control, project accounting, or construction finance Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, required!
