Tax Analyst

About the Opportunity

This is a growth-driven tax role created as part of succession planning within a rapidly expanding organization.

You'd be stepping into a well-rounded position supporting day-to-day tax operations while gaining exposure to more strategic work over time. It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants broader experience beyond a siloed tax role.

You'll work directly with senior leadership and external advisors while supporting a variety of tax areas as the business continues to scale.

What You'll Do

  • Support federal, state, and local tax compliance processes

  • Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740 exposure)

  • Help prepare schedules, documentation, and audit support

  • Assist with sales and use tax, property tax, and other filings

  • Maintain tax-related records and support files

  • Partner with accounting and FP&A teams to gather data

  • Support process improvements and ad hoc tax projects

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting

  • 1-3 years of experience in tax, accounting, or audit

  • Basic understanding of tax concepts; exposure to ASC 740 is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

  • Experience with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

  • CPA track or interest is a plus

  • Someone coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
