What You'll Do
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Set up and maintain vendor and customer records
Generate and send invoices daily
Track due dates and manage payments
Support timely collections and payment follow-up
Assist with payroll processing
Office & Administrative Support
Manage incoming calls and maintain phone systems
Organize and maintain company documentation and files
Monitor and order office supplies
What You Bring
Experience in office coordination, accounting, administration, or similar role
Strong QuickBooks Online skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently or with a team
Customer-focused mindset with a good work ethic
Must be able to work in a full time, onsite position
