We are a full service firm offering tax, accounting, audit, CFO, and business consulting services. We are a progressive firm that values a healthy work life balance. We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking to grow their career, and possibly look for a firm with a path to partner.We are looking for an experienced audit manager who is ready to come in and lead engagements from day one. Ideally we are looking for someone who has been heavy in the for-profit space but knows their way around a non-profit audit. We see a lot of real estate, manufacturing, construction, and professional service clients on the audit team.What you need5+ Years of Public Accounting ExperienceActive CPA REQUIREDStrong knowledge of GAAPGAAS, and nonprofit reporting standards (FASB, OMB Uniform Guidance) - Major PlusProven ability to manage audit teams, review workpapers, and oversee engagement performance.Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both for-profit and nonprofit clients.Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and meeting engagement deadlines.What you will be doingPreparing Financial Statement AuditsReviewing Colleagues' Audit paperworkWorking closely with clients as main point of contactObtaining all necessary information and documents for auditHelping uphold company policies and best practicesOverseeing and mentoring junior accountantsBenefitsBase Salary: $110,000-$160,000Full Medical, Dental, Vision100% paid for employee3 weeks starting PTO401k w/ 3% matchHybrid Work Schedule (2-3 days in office)Ability to be fully remote after initial training (occasional on-site visit for clients / 3-6 times a year)Capped busy season hoursSummer Fridays (Every other Friday off Memorial Day-Labor Day)Strong Growth Path
