Plant Controller
$165-185K + 30-40% bonus + Long Term Incentives
Total retirement contribution as much as 6.5%
6 weeks of PTO and Holidays combined

Site: Onsite full time, with flexibility for life as needed
Hours/Schedule: 45-50 hours weekly, can be occasional weekend, but rotates throughout the team

Job duties:
Plant Controller oversees all financial activity for two plant locations that combine into 1 P&L
Owns all the Financial Close, Cost Accounting, Financial Statements, narrative, and management reporting; Reviewing and approving the reconciliations
CapEx Analytics and Planning, Oversee the Fixed Assets Accounting
Hands on FP&A. Budget, Forecasting, Financial Analysis and Reporting as a business partner to the performance of the business; prepare and present KPIs
Work within a SOX environment, adhering to internal controls policies and procedures.
Participate in Financial Systems implementation in the future,
Manage Receivables and Collections
We are looking for:
BS in Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in relatable roles, progressively developing.
Looking for an experienced Plant Controller
Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
Understanding and reporting on the numbers, support the Plant GMs in running the business.
Strong person who is very hands on, but also bring leadership experience

Pay Details: $165,000.00 to $184,998.00 per year
