Analyst - Payroll (Mid Level)

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join a fastpaced team supporting U.S. payroll operations. This is a 100% onsite role in Chaska, ideal for a payroll professional with strong multistate experience who thrives in highvolume environments and is passionate about accuracy and compliance.

What You'll Do:

  • Process accurate and timely multistate U.S. payrolls, including offcycle payments, adjustments, and final pay.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

  • Prepare and submit payroll filings and reports such as W2s (and related statutory reporting).

  • Validate payroll data prior to processing; identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain and audit employee payroll records including taxes, benefits, and direct deposit details.

  • Support associates, managers, and HR partners by resolving payroll inquiries via a ticketing system.

  • Interpret payroll policies across jurisdictions and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including 2-4+ years processing complex multistate U.S. payrolls.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.

  • High attention to detail with strong data validation and reconciliation skills.

  • Proven problemsolving abilities and confidence handling payroll discrepancies.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
