LHH has an exciting opportunity for a NA Controller. You will have the opportunity to see and interact with all departments and strategize with senior leadership. The company is growing exponentially and they are adding headcount to accommodate their growth. The ideal candidate will have the autonomy to make the role his/her own while managing and developing a team of 3.
Qualifications:
BS in Accounting or Finance / CPA, MBA strongly preferred
5 years of experience in a public accounting environment, Big 4 would be a huge plus, 8 years in an accounting environment
Must have excellent ERP skills with NetSuite and Excel (advanced)
Manufacturing / international experience is beneficial
Must have good communications skills, written and spoken
Any foreign exchange experience is also valued
Responsibilities:
Oversee month end, quarter end, and year end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Lead and prepare consolidated financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Direct all aspects of AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
Be a key member of the leadership team, partnering with the CFO and other operational leaders
Work with external auditors, oversee internal controls, and compliance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
