Client Advisor - Tax, Payroll, and Accounting

We are an established Utah CPA firm seeking a Client Advisor to manage a select group of clients, handling tax, payroll, accounting, and tax planning . Join a collaborative, professional team where your expertise makes a direct impact.

What Youll Do:

• Manage client tax, payroll, accounting, and tax planning needs
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements
• Process payroll and submit payroll tax reports
• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Consult clients on accounting systems and QuickBooks Online

What Were Looking For:

• 23 years of tax, bookkeeping/write-up, and payroll experience
• QuickBooks Online proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
