The Payroll Assistant is responsible for processing and reporting functions related to payroll, bankdeposits, general ledger entries, and conference registrations for the agency. This position also providesback-up support for accounts payable functions. This position requires a strong knowledge of softwareand technology. Must be detail-oriented and possess good data entry skills. This is a part-time position. QualificationsAssociate's degree in a business-related field with experience in payroll processing preferred. Individualmust be able to demonstrate basic accounting, data entry, MS Word and MS Excel and general clericalskills. Must be able to meet multiple deadlines, maintain confidentiality and work independently. Rate Pay range of $22.50 - $26.98 per hour plus employer sponsored pension and training.
