We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations for a manufacturing-focused organization. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Oversee all accounting functions, including the month-end close process and internal reporting. Planning & Analysis: Manage the annual budget and weekly forecasting while identifying operational risks and opportunities. Cost & Inventory Oversight: Analyze production cost trends and supervise inventory valuation and cycle count programs. Compliance: Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements. Support: Partner with various departments to provide administrative and operational financial guidance. Requirements Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Experience: At least seven years of professional experience, including a strong background in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization. Certification: Holding a CPA or CMA designation is preferred.
