We are seeking a full-time bookkeeper & also an Import/Export OP to join our team. Book-keeper will support the accounting and operation department by analyzing financial information, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments, preparing payroll, doing bank reconciliation and other essential accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong mathematical skills and previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting. At least 1 year accounting experience required. Import/Export OP will handle the import and export paperwork including issuing the invoices. Great time management skill and communication skills is required. (This can be full-time from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with benefits or part-time position from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM without benefits).
