Interim Accounting Manager (Contract) Location: Moore, OK (Hybrid) Duration: Through October 2026 Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a hands-on Interim Accounting Manager to support a growing organization during a critical transition period. This role will partner closely with the CFO to improve finance operations, stabilize the month-end close process, and support an upcoming NetSuite implementation. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CFO on finance function improvements and process optimization Support the implementation and transition to NetSuite Manage general accounting activities and assist with audit readiness Perform heavy spreadsheet analysis and data reconciliation work Help stabilize and improve the month-end close process currently operating through Excel and QuickBooks Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical accounting process improvements Assist with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as needed Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities Strong general accounting background with hands-on operational accounting experience Experience working in environments with manual or Excel-based close processes Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities QuickBooks experience required Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably NetSuite, is highly preferred Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a changing environment Additional Details Hybrid schedule based in Moore, OK On-site required for approximately the first two weeks, then periodic onsite support as needed Immediate start preferred Contract assignment through October 2026 Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
