Support month-end closing processes and monthly reporting packages. Prepare account analyses and reconciliations with proper documentation. Manage accruals, prepaids, allowances, and reserves. Handle sales & use tax compliance, including reports and filings. Prepare weekly cash balance and disbursement reports. Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Support fixed asset management, depreciation schedules, and capital projects. Prepare budget-versus-actual reports together with the VP of Finance. Assist with corporate reporting packages for AHN and AJICO/DIVA. Support internal and external audits. Collaborate with accounting, finance, and corporate teams in Chicago and Tokyo.
