Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsibilities Manage internal full cycle bookkeeping, including: o Accounts payable and receivable o Bank and credit card reconciliations o General ledger maintenance o Journal entries and accruals Process and manage payroll Prepare and analyze financial statements Conduct month end and year end closings Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience, must be proficient in Quickbooks
