Building Accuracy, Insight, and Accountability in Our Financial Operations
LM Restaurants is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Supervisor to oversee core accounting operations and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across the organization. They will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, improving efficiencies, and supporting leadership with reliable financial insights.

What You’ll Do
Support general ledger activity by reviewing account balances, transactions, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end and period-end close activities.
Maintain and update fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation schedules.
Research and help resolve variances and discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and support for adjustments.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, helping ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Support preparation and review of financial statements and related reporting schedules.
Prepare routine financial reports and provide summarized results to leadership as needed.
Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
Supervise and support two Accounting Specialists, including workflow coordination, task assignment, and day-to-day guidance.
Support audit requests, tax documentation preparation, and participate in process improvement initiatives across accounting functions.
What We’re Looking For
3–7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-unit, hospitality, retail, or similar environments
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed asset accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to identify issues, investigate variances, and drive resolution
Experience supporting audits and compliance processes
Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial data into clear insights
Ability to work independently while also supporting and developing team members
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
