Stable and growing manufacturing company Strong leadership team and collaborative culture Exposure to leadership and operational decision-making Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement OVERVIEW OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE: Assist with month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations Assist with financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts Help maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls Assist with intercompany transactions and multi-entity accounting activities Support year-end audit preparation and external audit requests Maintain organized accounting records and documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams on financial initiatives Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT: Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing or multi-entity environments Knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and month-end close processes Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software skills Experience with cost accounting or inventory accounting is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively EB-...
