A Place To Turn is a small non-profit food pantry located in Natick, MA. We are seeking a skilled part-time bookkeeper (~10 hours/week) to manage vendor bills and payments, donation tracking, bank reconciliations, and board reporting using Quickbooks Online (QBO). The position will start on July 1, 2026. Responsibilities: Review and enter vendor bills into QBO, applying appropriate cost category Create bill payments using online banking Load payment detail into QBO, matching to vendor bills Reconcile monthly bank statements Categorize donations from Bloomerang platform, record in QBO Track restricted donations Log and track gift cards Prepare monthly board reports Assist with preparation for annual audit Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Proficient with accounting systems such as Quickbooks Online Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account analysis, and double-entry bookkeeping 5+ years of bookkeeping experience Non-profit experience a plus Work setting: Office environment Hybrid options available Additional hours may be required during peak seasons
