Commercial Investment Bookkeeper

Property Resources is hiring for a part time, contract role for an experienced Bookkeeper based in Raleigh, NC. The Bookkeeper will manage our investment accounts and maintain financial records in compliance with financial regualtions. Responsibilities also include working with accounting software, specifically QuickBooks, assisting with financial reporting and supporting with bookkeeping tasks related to investment property transactions. Hours are flexible, and the position pays $30.00 per hour, no benefits. Qualifications Hands-on expertise with QuickBooks accounting software and financial record keeping practices Solid experience with Bookkeeping in compliance with accounting standards Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management Ability to work collaboratively in a small office environment Professional experience in commercial real estate or investment finances a plus Company DescriptionProperty Resources is a boutique investment firm specialing in commercial real estate.
