This role oversees rebate accounting, strengthens internal controls, supports audits, and develops a highperforming accounting team. You'll also partner with senior leaders to support business initiatives and drive process improvements through automation.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionalsOversee rebate accounting, including receipts, payments, and reservesDesign and maintain strong internal controls and support SOX testing and auditsServe as a subjectmatter expert on rebaterelated business initiatives and new contractsReview key reserves and recommend adjustments to senior managementIdentify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiencyPartner with internal teams, auditors, and senior leaders (VPs, Directors)What You BringStrong time management and ability to handle multiple prioritiesAdvanced Excel and strong understanding of how systems process dataExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid accounting knowledge and attention to detailCollaborative mindset with strong problemsolving skillsLeadership and peoplemanagement experienceQualificationsRequired7+ years of accounting or finance experiencePreferredCPA and/or Master's degreeExperience in a large corporate environmentPublic accounting backgroundPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
