Job Description: Summary:

Responsible for processing payroll and A/P. Initiative and assistance with ad hoc payroll issues as they arise.

Job Responsibilities:

Completes full cycle payroll processing Responds to employee payroll questions in an efficient manner Prepares payroll journal entries Reviews of the quarterly payroll tax reports Year-end processing W-2 and 1099

Skills:

Experience in payroll processing

Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information Demonstrated attention to detail Familiarity with payroll systems

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required.

0-2 years experience required.

* Familiarity with Garnishment management a plus *Existing knowledge and experience with Workday a plus

** Hybrid role - 8-5 CST
