Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Controller for a well-established manufacturing company in Decatur, IN. This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys being involved in both day-to-day financial operations and broader business processes.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while helping support and streamline administrative and financial operations across the company.
Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable aging and collections
• Handle credit card and bank reconciliations
• Oversee line of credit and loan payments/management
• Prepare monthly P&L reports for banking purposes
• Assist with quarterly and year-end financial reporting
• Manage federal, state, local, sales, and unemployment taxes
• Oversee supplier evaluation reporting for customers
• Support inventory systems, purchase order systems, job estimates, and invoicing
• Supervise a small administrative staff
• Assist with vendor negotiations for office equipment and service contracts
• Provide input on company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, IT, supervisors, and quality teams to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting required
• 57 years of accounting experience required
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience preferred
