Hiring Business Analyst in Toronto, Ontario

This position involves working in a hybrid environment with a focus on Market Risk and regulatory support, specifically within the context of FRTB (Fundamental Review of the Trading Book). The role requires expertise in ActiveViam or Atoti risk analytics platforms.

• Understanding of Market Risk / FRTB concepts and regulatory reporting.
• Experience supporting risk aggregation or regulatory platforms in a production environment.
• Ability to analyze structured risk data files (CSV/TXT).
• Comfortable tracing data issues across multiple upstream/downstream systems.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

• Hands-on, operational mindset (not a documentation-only BA).
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization under time-critical run schedules.
• Platform experience with ActiveViam / Atoti or similar risk analytics platforms.

• Support intra-month and month-end FRTB runs, including SBM, DRC, RRAO.
• Perform and coordinate reruns, reloads in AV when required.
• Investigate BAU data issues and coordinate fixes.
• Provide clear status updates and explanations to business users.
• Log, track, and follow up BAU issues via JIRA.
