Part time QuickBooks Bookeeper (Auburndale) Systems Analysis Services, Inc. compensation: Paid Hourly, would expect 6-8 hour days twice a week, employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Senior Bookeeping Part-Time Bookkeeper (On-Site - Newton, MA) We are seeking a reliable and experienced part-time bookkeeper with strong knowledge of QuickBooks to support our internal team. Location: Newton, MA (must be on-site twice per week) Schedule: Part-time (flexible hours; workload varies week to week) Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Process payroll for multi-state employees (Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine) Prepare and file monthly sales tax Reconcile credit card accounts and bank statements Work directly with our in-house staff to maintain accurate financial records Requirements: Proven experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Enterprise preferred) Strong understanding of payroll processing across multiple states Experience with sales tax filing and compliance Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to work on-site in Newton, MA twice weekly Additional Notes: Some weeks are busier than others; flexibility is important This role may expand over time for the right candidate To Apply: Please send a brief summary of your experience, availability, and hourly rate.
