Staff Accountant

Role: Staff Accountant Location: Springfield, MA (hybrid) Salary: $80,000 $90,000 Our growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This Staff Accountant role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment where accounting directly impacts operational decision-making. The ideal Staff Accountant will thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy both traditional accounting responsibilities and hands-on collaboration with operations. Position Overview The Staff Accountant will support day-to-day accounting functions, assist with month-end close, and help maintain accurate financial records. This Staff Accountant will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and support business growth.
