We are looking to fill a Full-Time Bookkeeping/receptionist position in St George, Utah. You will keep the books for multiple companies along with processing invoices, making payments, processing payroll, bank recs, quarterlies, and other duties.
Pay will be determined based on experience, particularly with Quickbooks.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank and sales reconciliation
Process Payroll, review and file payroll documents, reporting
Adjusting entries
Problem solving in Quickbooks
Banking
Prepare reports in Microsoft Suite programs
Communicate with clients, resolve issues
QualificationsQualifications:
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting
Knowledge of general accounting principles
Expert using quickbooks
Able to use Microsoft Platform
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently, yet be part of the team
Attention to detail and following timelines
