Accounts Payable Clerk

About the Opportunity
Accounts Payable

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately across multiple vendors and project accounts
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (EFT, cheque, wire)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries professionally

Month-End & Reporting

• Support month-end close by preparing AP accruals and aging reports
• Assist the Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Controls & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal approval workflows and purchasing policies
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation

About You

• 2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience (required)
• Strong working knowledge of the full AP cycle, from invoice receipt through payment
• Experience with accounting or ERP software (QuickBooks Online is preferred)
• Post-secondary education in accounting, business, or a related field is an asset
• Exposure to IT, technology, or MSP businesses is an asset but not required

Pay Range
$50,000 $55,000 per year
