Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements related to financial reporting, including compilations, reviews, and internal management reporting
- Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients enhance accounting processes, improve financial visibility, and support decision-making
- Provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance initiatives
- Contribute to projects involving business transitions, capital events, and other strategic financial analyses
- Oversee project workflows, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of client work
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables prepared by team members
- Support the development and mentorship of junior staff through coaching and performance guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or progress toward certification preferred
- Approximately 4+ years of experience in public accounting or an advisory environment
