Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements related to financial reporting, including compilations, reviews, and internal management reporting
• Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients enhance accounting processes, improve financial visibility, and support decision-making
• Provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance initiatives
• Contribute to projects involving business transitions, capital events, and other strategic financial analyses
• Oversee project workflows, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of client work
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables prepared by team members
• Support the development and mentorship of junior staff through coaching and performance guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred
• Approximately 4+ years of experience in public accounting or an advisory environment
