About the Role: Rhino Admin, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Payable Specialist to join our administrative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. A strong phone presence and excellent communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and on schedule Maintain vendor records and assist with account reconciliation Respond to vendor questions and resolve discrepancies in a professional, timely manner Support the month-end closing tasks related to AP Collaborate with accounting and operations team members to ensure workflow accuracy What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good phone voice and clear communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency required (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Sage 300 experience strongly preferred (major plus) Previous AP or accounting support experience preferred Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates.
