We are partnering with a well-established industrial service company in West Tulsa seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and provide practical financial leadership to ownership.

This is a key role for someone who understands how operational businesses really run job costing, field crews, equipment, cash flow, and tight margins.

The company operates on QuickBooks , so experience managing and optimizing accounting within a QuickBooks environment is important. They need someone comfortable working in a lean structure rolling up sleeves while also thinking strategically.

Full-cycle accounting & month-end close

Financial reporting for ownership

Job costing & project margin analysis

WIP tracking

Cash flow forecasting

Oversight of AP, AR, payroll

Process improvement & strengthening controls

5+ years progressive accounting experience

Controller or strong Assistant Controller ready to step up

Industrial services, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred

QuickBooks proficiency required

Hands-on, no-ego leadership style
